Log into your William Hill account and visit the Withdraw Funds Page Select the Withdraw button for the Play+ funding option Enter the dollar amount to transfer (Any value below or up to the maximum account balance may be transferred to your Play+ account). Patrons can withdrawal funds from the mobile app and deposit those fund to their William Hill Priority Access Card. To make a withdrawal, do the following Launch the William Hill mobile app and log in. Tap the silhouette icon in the top right of the screen.

VIP Preferred offers withdrawals directly to your bank account. This option is available even if you have not used this method to deposit, though your first request will require registration. Your account will be saved for subsequent transactions. There is a $20 minimum and a $5000 maximum withdrawal limit per transaction. VIP Preferred eCheck requests are processed daily but may take several days to be posted to your account by your bank.

No previous deposit with this funding type or registration is required. There is a $20 minimum and a $5000 maximum withdrawal limit per transaction. Withdrawal requests are processed daily and sent to our payment partner but may take up to seven business days to posted to your account by your bank.

You may transfer winnings to your William Hill Prepaid Play+ Card. There is a $20 minimum and a $5,000 maximum withdrawal limit per day. There are no fees for loading the William Hill Prepaid Play+ Card or for transferring the funds to or from the William Hill player account. There is no monthly fee to maintain this prepaid card. In addition to funding your William Hill account, your card can be used to withdrawal cash at participating ATMs and anywhere Discover is accepted. More information will be enclosed with your card.

You can make a cash withdrawal from one of our retail locations: Prairie Meadows, Isle Casino Hotel Bettendorf, Isle Casino Hotel Waterloo, Lakeside Hotel Casino and Horseshoe Council Bluffs. Just present your valid photo ID at one of the sports book windows and one of our ticket writers will locate your digital account. To verify the transaction, the ticket writer will send a message with the withdrawal amount and passcode to your mobile phone.
